BASE Kean St, West End

6 Kean Street (Kean House) is a refurbished red-brick office building on the Covent Garden/Holborn border, a stone's throw from Kingsway and the Aldwych. The reception has been remodelled into a curved, concierge-staffed arrival space, and BASE runs the 4th floor as a fully managed suite behind the building's period brick-and-stone facade, with orange-accented joinery and herringbone parquet through the open-plan and meeting areas.

One private office suite is available now on the 4th floor: a 30-desk suite of 3,009 sq ft with meeting/conference rooms and a shared kitchen breakout, offered at £45,135 per month (£1,505 per desk). All prices are quoted per month in GBP, and BASE's managed-office model covers rent, fit-out, IT, cleaning and coffee on a single invoice.

The building sits between Covent Garden and Holborn, within walking distance of Holborn (Central & Piccadilly lines), Covent Garden (Piccadilly line) and Embankment (Bakerloo, Circle, District, Northern lines) stations (verify walk times).
