The Workplace Co. Islington Studios, Upper Holloway

Islington Studios is a converted Victorian warehouse at 159-163 Marlborough Road, arranged over several floors around a central landscaped courtyard reached through a brick archway entrance. Despite its Islington branding and borough postcode, the building actually sits in Archway/Upper Holloway (Tollington ward), roughly three miles north of Islington's Angel/Upper Street core, in a creative and light-industrial pocket popular with design, media and small studio businesses. Units have been refurbished with exposed brick, steel roof trusses and skylights, LED lighting, and either modern bolon or wide-board wood flooring, and the site includes a fully licensed on-site restaurant/cafe.

One private office suite is listed as available: a 95-desk, 7,600 sq ft configuration quoted at £5,507 per month, available now on 1-5 year terms. Islington Studios also lets smaller suites down to around 780 sq ft / 9 desks from the same 'From' price band (£3,634-£5,507) — the quoted £5,507 figure is flagged below as most likely belonging to a smaller unit in that range rather than the full 7,600 sq ft suite, since it works out to an implausible £58 per desk.

Upper Holloway and Crouch Hill (both London Overground) are under half a mile away (verify), with Archway station (Northern line) around a 15-minute walk (verify) and Finsbury Park (Piccadilly line, Victoria line, National Rail, Overground) roughly a mile further out (verify).
