RX London Golden Square, Soho

Managed by RX London, 2-3 Golden Square is a fully managed workspace on the eastern corner of one of Soho's most prestigious garden squares. Set behind a handsome period facade in the heart of the West End, the building sits among media and creative occupiers including Absolute Radio, Sony and M&C Saatchi, and is a short walk from Carnaby Street and Regent Street.

A single self-contained 3rd-floor suite is available: 2,983 sq ft, fully fitted and plug-and-play for roughly 24-30 desks at £180 psf (£44,745 pcm). The floor is configured with four meeting rooms, a reception and breakout area, and open-plan, warehouse-style floor plates with exceptional natural light from front and rear. The building is served by two passenger lifts, and several of the upper floors benefit from external terracing.

Piccadilly Circus (Bakerloo, Piccadilly) is the closest station at roughly a 5-minute walk, with Oxford Circus (Bakerloo, Central, Victoria) about 8 minutes to the north and Leicester Square and Tottenham Court Road (Central, Northern and the Elizabeth line) within a 10-12 minute walk (walking times to verify). Golden Square itself is a rare pocket of greenery, and the surrounding Soho streets put an unrivalled choice of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping right on the doorstep.
