BASE 3rd Floor, East Road Shoreditch, Shoreditch

This bright, characterful workspace on the 3rd floor of a converted Victorian warehouse offers an open-plan, “plug & play” office ideal for growing teams of around 20 people. With excellent floor-to-ceiling height, exposed brickwork, and large windows to the front and rear, the space feels airy and modern while retaining its warehouse charm. A mezzanine meeting room, private fitted kitchenette, and demised WCs make it a self-contained, ready-to-use office from day one.
