BASE 15 Westland Place, Shoreditch

15 Westland Place sits on a corner plot in Hoxton/Old Street, in a striking red-brick former fire station building — the ground floor was the original home of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant, and the building keeps its Edwardian character (exposed brick, tall green-framed sash windows, original wooden floors) behind a comprehensively refitted office interior with exposed cast-iron columns, a working fireplace feature wall and CAT A finishes.

One fully managed private office suite is available now on the 2nd floor, offered as two BASE listings for the same 1,700 sq ft floor: a 20-25 desk configuration and a 22-25 desk configuration, both at £16,500/month (£660/desk), each with a boardroom, a meeting room and 2 call booths. All prices are monthly GBP on BASE's fully managed, single-bill model covering rent, fit-out, IT, cleaning and coffee.

Old Street station (Northern line, National Rail) is about a 5-minute walk (~380m straight-line), putting the building on the edge of Shoreditch/City Fringe with Hoxton, Shoreditch High Street and the City all within easy reach (times per straight-line estimate and third-party listings, verify).
