Anton Page Turnpoint, Shoreditch

Turnpoint is a striking, fully refurbished five-storey office building on Underwood Street, just off Shepherdess Walk in Shoreditch/Old Street — a short walk from Old Street Roundabout, one of Central London's most popular and thriving creative and tech districts, surrounded by fashionable restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutique hotels. The building is instantly recognisable from the street by its lava-stone green-tiled entrance core set between two restored Victorian warehouse facades.

Two private office suites are available now, both quoted in GBP per month: a 28-desk suite on the first floor (1,682 sq ft) and a 36-desk suite spanning the ground and lower ground floors (2,857 sq ft, let together as one unit). Both suites come newly fitted with raised access floors, fibre connectivity, VRF air-conditioning, fitted kitchenettes and their own meeting rooms, and are offered on a minimum 24-month term.

The building sits within easy walking distance of Old Street station (Northern line) and Hoxton Overground — walk times to verify — putting the wider City and Shoreditch tech/creative cluster on the doorstep.
