Anton Page Cairo Studios, Nile Street, Shoreditch

Managed by Anton Page, Cairo Studios is a converted Victorian warehouse on Nile Street in Shoreditch, five minutes' walk from the Old Street roundabout in London's 'tech belt' alongside neighbours including Google, Amazon and WeWork. The building was once home to the production team behind the satirical TV show Spitting Image and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen restaurant development team, and its five floors have been comprehensively refurbished by local Shoreditch practice Archer Architects while keeping original character features — reclaimed wood flooring, exposed brick, double-glazed Crittall windows and an industrial ceiling with exposed services.

The available floor is the self-contained 2nd floor: 1,938 sq ft of open-plan space fitted for 24 desks, plus a dedicated meeting room, arranged around the building's shared kitchenette and breakout areas. It is quoted at £17,765 per calendar month (£740 per desk), available now on a minimum 18-month term. Prices are monthly, in GBP.

Cairo Studios sits a five-minute walk from Old Street station (Northern line and National Rail), with Hoxton and Shoreditch High Street London Overground stations and Angel and Barbican Underground stations all within easy reach, giving quick access across East London and the wider City (walking times to verify).
