Our Space 33 Cavendish Square, Oxford Circus

33 Cavendish Square is one of the most prominent buildings in the West End, and Our Space makes good use of what it has to offer across its lower floors.

The offices overlook the tranquil garden of Cavendish Square directly below, giving each suite a genuinely pleasant outlook that is rare for a building this central. The interiors are bright, fully furnished, and move-in ready, with high-speed internet, ergonomic furniture, daily cleaning, fully equipped kitchens, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, a staffed reception, bike storage, showers, and eight fast lifts all included or available in the building. The team on the ground, Charlotte, Giuliana, and Anna, consistently draw five-star reviews from tenants for their warmth and attentiveness, which gives the space a notably personal feel for a serviced office of this scale.

Oxford Circus station is a three-minute walk with access to the Central, Victoria, and Bakerloo lines, Bond Street is six minutes away on the Central, Jubilee, and Elizabeth lines, and the building sits within easy walking distance of Oxford Street, Regent Street, and the cafes, restaurants, and independent shops of Marylebone. This is a West End address that works for both the business and the people in it.
