Copthall Estates 28 Lime Street, Leadenhall

Managed by Copthall Estates, 28 Lime Street sits directly opposite Lloyd's of London in the heart of the City's insurance district, with the Victorian arcades of Leadenhall Market right on the doorstep. The building's historic façade opens onto fully fitted, modern floors, refurbished for a single company to move straight in.

Two self-contained floors are available. The 4th floor (1,358 sq ft) fits 22 desks alongside a 10-person dedicated boardroom, two phone booths and its own kitchen and breakout area; the 2nd floor (1,928 sq ft) fits 24 workstations with a 6-person and a 4-person meeting room that combine via a concertina wall into a 10-person boardroom, three further 3-person meeting rooms, a phone booth, and a dedicated kitchen with breakout space. Both floors are fully furnished with air conditioning, LED lighting and raised floors, and the building offers a staffed reception, passenger lifts, bike storage, showers and 24/7 access.

Monument station is a 3-4 minute walk away on the District and Circle lines, with Bank (Central, Northern, Waterloo & City lines and the DLR) and Fenchurch Street mainline both around 5 minutes on foot, putting the West End, Canary Wharf and the wider rail network within easy reach. Leadenhall Market's restaurants, wine bars and coffee shops line the street outside, and the surrounding Square Mile — from Lloyd's of London to Fenchurch Street's rooftop bars — is on hand for client meetings, lunch or an after-work drink.
