Work.Life Victoria, Hyde Park

Set inside the beautifully restored Greycoat Stores, the original 1890s Army and Navy reserve warehouse, Work.Life Victoria is one of the most striking workspaces to open in London in years. The building's curved red-brick facade, enormous warehouse windows, and soaring ceiling heights make an immediate impression, and the interiors carry that energy throughout, with original brick, exposed steel beams, natural light flooding both the first and second floors, and a design that feels generous and considered at every turn.

The social floor on Level 01 brings together reception, coworking desks, a fully stocked main kitchen, meeting rooms, and breakout areas in one connected space, while Level 02 is given over entirely to private offices, built for teams who want their own front door alongside all of the building's shared amenities. Downstairs on the lower ground floor, a dedicated meeting and presentation level houses six rooms from intimate two-person huddles up to a 22-person boardroom with natural light, full-wall whiteboard, seamless video conferencing, and screen sharing.

190 secure bike spaces, showers and lockers, an on-site café run by 60 Degrees Specialty Coffee, and a daily breakfast programme round out a building that genuinely justifies the commute. Victoria station is a ten-minute walk, St James's Park is five minutes in the other direction, and Strutton Ground Market is two minutes away for lunch.
