RX London Devon House, Hyde Park

Managed by RX London, Devon House is a characterful period building at the northern end of Great Portland Street in Fitzrovia, moments from Regent's Park and the shops around Oxford Circus. Behind its Portland-stone façade the building has been comprehensively refurbished to deliver premium fully managed workspace across its upper floors.

Three fitted floors are available on flexible managed terms, all quoted at £210 per sq ft. The self-contained 3rd floor offers 2,551 sq ft at £44,643 pcm and the 4th floor 2,519 sq ft at £44,083 pcm, with a duplex 5th & 6th floor also available (monthly rent to be confirmed). Each floor comes fully fitted and furnished, and the building adds a ground-floor tenant lounge, secure cycle storage and retained original architectural features, with an EPC B rating.

Great Portland Street station (Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines) is around a two-minute walk, with Regent's Park (Bakerloo) roughly five minutes and Oxford Circus (Central, Victoria and Bakerloo) about ten minutes on foot (walking times to verify). The surrounding Fitzrovia and Marylebone streets are well served by restaurants, cafés and hotels, with the green space of Regent's Park moments to the north.
