GPE 166 Piccadilly, Hyde Park

166 Piccadilly sits on one of London's most iconic streets in the heart of St James's, where Georgian townhouses and period grandeur form the backdrop to a genuinely distinctive workplace. The three-floor space blends that architectural heritage with contemporary design, creating somewhere that feels neither corporate nor purely boutique, but genuinely considered throughout.

Walking in, the period elegance is immediately apparent in the bones of the building, while the fit-out brings clean lines, plenty of natural light, and a real sense of considered design. Meeting rooms, a kitchen, phone booths, breakout areas, and showers sit throughout the floors, and the on-site reception team keeps things running with a quiet efficiency that makes the day feel frictionless. 24-hour access means working to your own rhythm, whether that's early starts or late afternoons.

Green Park station sits just two minutes on foot, and Piccadilly Circus is a six-minute walk, giving direct access to the Piccadilly, Jubilee, Victoria and Bakerloo lines. Embankment, Covent Garden, and Leicester Square are all within fifteen minutes on foot. St James's itself is a neighbourhood that delivers: Jermyn Street's heritage shops and cafes, the restaurants and bars dotted throughout the area, and the broader energy of Soho and Bloomsbury just beyond make this one of London's most characterful corners for a working day.
