WeWork 3 Waterhouse Square, Holborn

3 Waterhouse Square stands on the site of the old Furnival's Inn, one of the historic Inns of Chancery, in the heart of Holborn's legal and business district. The building keeps its neo-gothic character outside — an ornate gothic archway opens onto a sunny brick courtyard — while WeWork's fit-out leans into leather furnishings, copper-trimmed lighting and bay windows nodding to the block's Charles Dickens-era history. A six-storey atrium doubles as an events space for larger gatherings, and WeWork's footprint here spans the ground floor plus floors 1, 2, 3 and 5.

These are WeWork's current 1-9 desk private offices at the building: 57 units ranging from 2 to 9 desks each (49-711 sq ft). Pricing is quoted per unit, all-inclusive monthly under WeWork's membership model for the desks in that office — from £1,260/mo for the smallest 2-desk office up to £6,000/mo for the largest 9-desk suite.

Chancery Lane station (Central line) sits right at the door, with Holborn (Central & Piccadilly) and Farringdon (Elizabeth line, Thameslink, Circle/Hammersmith & City/Metropolitan) both a short walk away — putting tenants inside London's legal quarter, close to the Inns of Court, and a regular choice for advertising, legal and professional-services firms taking meetings nearby.
