BASE Audrey House, Holborn

Audrey House sits at 16-20 Ely Place, a private gated cul-de-sac in Holborn/Farringdon directly alongside the historic St Etheldreda's Church. The late-19th-century building has been comprehensively refurbished, with a striking central atrium cut away for a new glass feature staircase that floods the floors with natural light, CAT A fit-out, raised metal floors, LED lighting, two passenger lifts and a manned commissionaire reception.

Three fully managed BASE private office suites are available now: the Ground floor (20 desks, 2 meeting rooms, 1,231 sq ft), the Garden floor (85 desks, 8 meeting rooms, 6,138 sq ft) and part of the 5th floor (20 desks, 2 meeting rooms, 1,419 sq ft, with access to a private outdoor terrace). All prices are monthly GBP on BASE's fully managed, single-bill model covering rent, fit-out, IT, cleaning and coffee, ranging from £13,869 to £46,831 per month.

Farringdon (Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Circle) and Chancery Lane (Central) are both about 5 minutes' walk, with Barbican around 11 minutes and Holborn around 14 minutes (times per third-party listings, verify).
