BASE Neal Street, Holborn & Covent Garden

68A Neal Street is a self-contained period building on the east side of Neal Street in Covent Garden's Seven Dials, just off Shaftesbury Avenue, with its own street entrance across lower ground, ground and three upper floors. BASE runs the whole building as a single fully managed office, and the fit-out keeps the property's exposed brick walls, ecclesiastical arched windows and a skylight-lit top floor alongside contemporary open-plan desking, a glass-walled meeting room, a boardroom and a breakout area with a pool table.

One private office suite is available now: the whole building, a 50-desk suite of 3,941 sq ft with 4 meeting rooms/offices, offered at £48,012 per month (£960 per desk). All prices are quoted per month in GBP, and BASE's managed-office model covers rent, fit-out, IT, cleaning, coffee and utilities on a single invoice.

The building sits close to Covent Garden station (Piccadilly line, verify walk time), Tottenham Court Road station (Central, Northern and Elizabeth lines, verify walk time) and Leicester Square station (Northern and Piccadilly lines, verify walk time), all within easy reach of Seven Dials and Shaftesbury Avenue.
