BASE Coachworks, Fitzrovia

Coachworks is a pair of former Victorian warehouse buildings joined into one CAT A refurbished workspace on a cobbled mews just off Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia, a couple of minutes from Goodge Street station. The mews frontage keeps its exposed brick and crittall-style steel windows, and BASE runs the 2nd floor as a fully managed, self-contained suite with a shared rooftop terrace.

One private office suite is available now on the 2nd floor: a 20-desk, 1,458 sq ft floor with 1 boardroom, offered at £25,000 per month (£1,250 per desk). All prices are quoted per month in GBP, and BASE's fully managed model bundles rent, fit-out, IT, cleaning and coffee onto a single invoice.

The building sits close to Goodge Street station (Northern line, ~2 min walk, verify), Warren Street station (Northern & Victoria lines, ~7 min walk, verify), and Tottenham Court Road station (Central, Northern & Elizabeth lines, ~8 min walk, verify).
