Knotel Clerkenwell Green, Farringdon

Old Sessions House at 23 Clerkenwell Green is a Grade II listed former Middlesex Sessions courthouse, now run by Knotel as a Work Club spanning 23 rooms across 5 floors. The building keeps its original grandeur — a domed entrance hall, ornate plasterwork and a bar in the former courtroom — alongside a members' cafe, bookable meeting rooms and a rooftop terrace, in the heart of Clerkenwell.

Two private studio offices are currently available: The Back Studio, a 22-desk, 1,128 sq ft suite at roughly £23,500 pcm (£1,068/desk) with an adjoining private phone booth, and The Study, a 12-desk, 511 sq ft studio at roughly £10,646 pcm (£887/desk). Both are turnkey studios with daily cleaning, IT support, WiFi and shared building amenities included in the price.
