Managed by Frameworks, Watchmaker Works is a newly refurbished, design-led managed office building on the iconic St John Street in the heart of Farringdon, available from June 2026. The building was designed by award-winning architects Kennedy Twaddle and Studio Caro Lundin, and the interiors reflect that pedigree throughout, blending terrazzo, stainless steel, and rubber flooring with a Scandinavian sensibility, a bright and neutral palette anchored by a rich burgundy thread and complemented by blues and subtle notes of yellow and gold.

Four self-contained HQ studios sit across four floors, each with its own dedicated meeting room, fitted kitchen with coffee machine and boiling water tap, breakout zone, and generous ceiling heights with dual-aspect natural light. Everything is managed by the Frameworks operations team under a single all-inclusive monthly licence, covering rent, business rates, utilities, furniture, full fibre internet, daily cleaning, facilities management, and more. Farringdon station is a four-minute walk and Barbican is seven, giving the building outstanding transport links in all directions.

The surrounding Clerkenwell neighbourhood is one of London's most characterful, packed with independent cafes, design-driven restaurants, creative boutiques, and cultural institutions including Sadler's Wells and the Barbican, all within easy walking distance.
