Kitt — the fit-out and managed-workplace operator, not a letting agent — is designing, building and running a bespoke workplace on the building's upper floor.

One private office is currently available: a 3rd-floor suite of 810 sq ft for up to 14 desks, at £14,000 per calendar month (£1,000/desk) on a 24-month short-form lease.
