Holbein Gardens is Grosvenor's flagship net-zero office redevelopment in Belgravia, a one-minute walk from Sloane Square. The scheme reworked a 1980s office block into 26,500 sq ft of Grade A workspace across six floors, achieving BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 4.5-star and an EPC A rating, with a rooftop garden, green walls and Juliet balconies overlooking Sloane Square and central London.
