Sandbox 115 Southwark Bridge Road, Camberwell Green

Sandbox is a London serviced-office operator (a sister brand to Containerville) with this location on Southwark Bridge Road in the London Bridge/Borough area of SE1, on the same stretch of road as Borough Market, Flat Iron Square and Borough Yards. Note: FlowSpace prod already carries a building at this exact address, 115 Southwark Bridge Road, listed under a different operator, Kitt — this is a known cross-operator building collision, flagged for reconciliation rather than duplication.

The space on offer is G.01, a 2,700 sq ft fitted office fitting 35-45 desks, quoted at £20,000 pcm exclusive of VAT and available from October 2026. Sandbox's Southwark Bridge locations run on 1Gb dedicated fibre with air conditioning, and typically include bookable meeting rooms, phone booths, a barista-style coffee bean-to-cup machine, shower and bike storage facilities, a pet-friendly policy, daily cleaning, a company mailing address, disabled access and on-site event space for community/networking events.

Borough station (Northern line) is under 5 minutes' walk, with London Bridge (Jubilee, Northern, National Rail) and Southwark (Jubilee line) both around 8-9 minutes on foot (walk times vary 3-11 min across sources depending on the exact building entrance used, verify). Borough Market, Flat Iron Square, Tate Modern and the South Bank are all within easy walking distance.
