BASE Wool House, Bow East

Wool House is a Grade II listed Victorian wool warehouse built circa 1870-1880s for the Browne & Eagle wool storage firm, sitting on the corner of Back Church Lane and Ellen Street in Whitechapel, on the Aldgate fringe of the City. The converted building retains its period brick facade, exposed brickwork, cast-iron columns and a mezzanine gallery internally, and is now run by BASE as fully managed office suites across several self-contained units.

Three private office suites are available now: a 45-desk suite (3,649 sq ft, Unit 1), a 55-desk suite (4,412 sq ft, Unit 2) and a second 55-desk suite (4,355 sq ft, Unit 4), each with its own private kitchenette. All prices are quoted per month in GBP, with BASE's managed-office model covering rent, fit-out, IT, cleaning, coffee and everything else on a single invoice.
