BASE Ivory House, Bow East

Ivory House is the only original 19th-century warehouse still standing at St Katharine Docks, built in 1858 to store ivory and now a Grade II listed conversion with its clock tower and dockside arcade overlooking the marina on three sides, next to Tower Bridge and the Tower of London in E1W. BASE runs a fully managed office suite on the Part Mezzanine floor, behind the building's arched brick facade and private entrance overlooking the boats.

One private office suite is available now on the Part Mezzanine floor: a 100-desk suite of 6,096 sq ft with 3 meeting rooms and a collaboration area, offered at £66,129 per month (£661 per desk). All prices are quoted per month in GBP, and BASE's managed-office model covers fit-out, IT, cleaning, mail and utilities on a single invoice; the space keeps the warehouse's original vaulted brick ceilings and iron columns.

The building sits in St Katharine Docks by Tower Bridge, close to Tower Hill station (District & Circle lines, verify walk time), Tower Gateway (DLR, verify walk time) and Aldgate (Circle & Metropolitan lines, verify walk time).
