Sub800 Noble Street, Barbican

3 Noble Street is a Sub800 floor in the City of London rather than Clerkenwell proper — it sits immediately south of the Barbican Estate, on a street where a stretch of the old Roman and medieval London Wall is still exposed, a short walk from Guildhall and St Paul's Cathedral.

The 8th floor is available as a whole unit: 3,529 sq ft, partially furnished for 24 desks with 2 meeting rooms, on a 24-month minimum term at £48,450 pcm all-inclusive — the largest and most expensive unit in this batch. The price covers rent, service charge, buildings insurance, business rates and electricity, plus 1GB internet, 10 hours of weekly cleaning, 10 hours of repairs support, essential kitchen items and a manned reception, backed by Sub800's Member's Club access.

Barbican and Moorgate are both a 6-minute walk — between them covering the Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Northern lines plus National Rail — with St Paul's (Central line) also within reach. The Barbican Centre, Guildhall and the Museum of London site are all on the doorstep, with St Paul's Cathedral a short walk south.
