Overview
Friars House is an 11-storey, glass-fronted office tower next to Coventry's Friargate regeneration scheme, refurbished in 2023 with a new double-height reception (featuring a living green wall), a 1,500 sq ft business lounge and upgraded lifts and landing areas. FigFlex Offices operates the first and fourth floors as its Coventry serviced-office location, the operator's first site in the region.
Six private offices are available now, ranging from 2 to 12 desks, all offered on FigFlex's flexible monthly-licence terms with pricing quoted in GBP per month. Each suite has access to the building's shared breakout lounges, kitchen/tea points and two air-conditioned, glass-fronted meeting rooms.
Coventry railway station is roughly a four-minute walk from Friars House, with direct services to London Euston in under 60 minutes and to Birmingham International Airport in around 11 minutes (per FigFlex's own location page); Leamington Spa (about 20 minutes) and Rugby (about 10 minutes) are also on the line.
