Overview
The Drayton brings its boutique, animal-named-suite concept to Bristol at 29 Queen Square — a Grade II* listed Georgian mansion built between 1709 and 1711 for Bristol Alderman Nathaniel Day, and one of the few original houses surviving from the creation of the city's most prestigious Georgian square. Launched in June 2026 as The Drayton's Bristol flagship, the building keeps its original ornate features front and centre: a breathtaking staircase, original panelling, chandeliers and hand-sourced antique furniture sit behind a classically elegant, high-ceilinged interior.
Sixteen private serviced suites run across ground, first, second and third floors, from the two-desk Crododile 15 at £1,100 pcm up to the 40-desk Bear 26 at £12,000 pcm — all quoted as a monthly rate on a 12-month term. A grand reception and front-of-house team (Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:30) greet clients and handle deliveries, and members share two lounges, a courtyard, a laptop room, boardrooms, phone booths, a dining room, a kitchen and a members' room known as The Vault. Every office has its own air-conditioning and heating control plus dual-fibre internet with UK-based IT support, and the building offers 24/7 access, complimentary tea, coffee and fresh fruit, bike storage, showers, and monthly member events from casual networking to guest speakers.
The building overlooks Queen Square's own gardens and sits moments from Bristol's Harbourside and its best cafes, restaurants and hotels, with Bristol Temple Meads station around a 15-minute walk away (straight-line estimate, not routed — verify) for direct rail links to London and beyond.
