Studio LSS Brighton, Brighton and Hove

Studio LSS on Jew Street is a small, characterful coworking studio tucked behind Bond Street on the edge of Brighton's North Laine, and it makes no apologies for being exactly what it is, a quiet, loft-style workspace for up to fifteen people who want a dedicated desk, a friendly community, and none of the noise or pretension that bigger coworking spaces can bring.

The space has a warm, creative energy that comes across strongly in the way it has been set up, with large dedicated desks, a comfortable chillout and gaming area for mid-afternoon resets, a well-equipped shared kitchen, a free meeting room with a built-in TV for presentations and calls, secure bike storage, and all bills and cleaning included in the one straightforward monthly fee. There are no hidden costs, no VAT surprises, and no minimum contract. Dogs are welcome too, with a few regulars already established.

Brighton station is a seven-minute walk, with direct Thameslink services to London in around seventy minutes, and the surrounding North Laine streets are some of the most enjoyable in the city for lunchtime, with independent cafes, restaurants, shops, and boutiques in every direction.
