Storey Club 100 Liverpool Street, Liverpool Street

100 Liverpool Street is British Land's first net zero carbon flagship building in the Broadgate campus, EC2, designed by Hopkins Architects with interiors by Universal Design Studio and Storey spaces by Gensler. Winner of three RIBA awards and holding an Outstanding BREEAM rating, the building runs on 100% renewable electricity and uses SMART sensors to control lighting, temperature, air quality and people flow throughout.

Storey offers one unit of 3,743 sq ft accommodating up to 70 people, with bright open-plan spaces flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Broadgate Circle on one side and Liverpool Street station on the other. The building includes private booths, a quiet deep-focus space, bookable meeting rooms of varying sizes, a 180-seat auditorium, a large lounge, a 100-seat café, a rooftop restaurant, and three levels of premium shops, bars and restaurants.

A dedicated Community Manager and reception team are on hand Monday to Friday, with 24/7 building access, male, female and accessible showers with hairdryers and fresh towels, bike parking, lockers and storage. Storey Club — with additional bookable meeting rooms and event spaces — is located in the building. Liverpool Street station is right next door, with Heathrow reachable in just over 30 minutes on the Elizabeth line.
