beyond Fox Court, Holborn

beyond Fox Court occupies a nine-floor building at 14 Grays Inn Road, Holborn, at the top of Chancery Lane where the City meets the West End. Operator beyond (the trading name of Infinitspace) took over the building on 16 August 2025 — confirmed by the operator's own handover email to FlowSpace — and has been refurbishing it in its house style since: collaborative lounges, a barista station and a refreshed industrial-warm aesthetic, with the building kept fully operational throughout. A private outdoor courtyard is the standout feature, a rare amenity for central London.

Eight private offices are available now: from a 2-desk starter suite at a promotional £600/mo up to a 48-desk floor at £20,160/mo, plus a bespoke 8,400 sqft custom-built suite quoted at £84,500/mo with no fixed desk count given. Most suites price at £420/desk; two mid-sized suites (6-desk and 9-desk) both total £3,780/mo per the sheet despite the different headcounts — kept as given rather than re-derived.

Chancery Lane station (Central line) is about a 1-2 minute walk, Holborn station roughly 6-8 minutes, and Farringdon (Elizabeth line/Thameslink) around 10 minutes; Eurostar at St Pancras is about 10 minutes away (verify local bus routes).
