Patch York, Guildhall
+1
Overview
Patch is a new workspace designed to be the central hub for York’s startup and creative communities. The space is located in the historic Bonding Warehouse, a Grade II listed building on York's riverside. Built in 1875, the building has a rich history, having served as a warehouse, restaurant, and music venue before its most recent use as the headquarters for a successful tech company.
By blending the building’s historic past with a dynamic, modern future, Patch offers a fresh and inspiring environment for working, connecting, and collaborating. It provides a variety of flexible workspaces, including hot desks, dedicated desks, and private offices.
